The service

What Is VIP Hair Transplant?

VIP Hair Transplant is not a package tier, an upgrade, or a premium option within a range of services. It is the only service offered at this practice.

Every procedure is individually planned and personally performed by Dr. Arslan Musbeh. No critical surgical step is delegated to a technician. The surgeon who consults with you is the surgeon who operates on you.

One patient is scheduled per surgical day. This is a clinical decision that ensures full surgical attention, consistent technique throughout the procedure, and no compromise in quality due to scheduling pressure or fatigue.

The term "VIP" reflects the standard of care, not a price bracket. There is no standard version of this procedure.

Surgical involvement

Personally Performed by Dr. Arslan Musbeh

Dr. Musbeh personally performs every essential stage of the procedure. The following steps are carried out by the surgeon, not delegated.

01

Consultation and surgical planning

Dr. Musbeh personally evaluates each patient's hair-loss pattern, donor capacity, facial proportions and long-term expectations before any surgical plan is proposed.

02

Donor area assessment

The donor zone is mapped and assessed for density, follicle calibre and safe extraction capacity. Conservative planning protects the donor area for the long term.

03

Hairline design

Every hairline is drawn by hand before surgery begins, based on the patient's anatomy, age and the likely future course of hair loss.

04

Graft extraction

Follicular units are extracted individually by Dr. Musbeh using FUE technique. Extraction precision directly determines transection rates and graft survival.

05

Recipient-site creation

Incisions are made at the correct angle, depth and density to achieve a natural growth pattern and maximise graft survival.

06

Graft implantation

Grafts are implanted in the prepared sites with attention to direction and distribution. The result reflects the planning that preceded it.

Clinical policy

One Patient Per Surgical Day

Scheduling one patient per surgical day is a clinical decision, not a marketing position. Hair transplant surgery is a long procedure — typically six to eight hours — that requires sustained concentration and consistent technique throughout.

When a surgeon operates on multiple patients in a single day, the quality of work in the final procedure is not the same as in the first. Fatigue affects extraction precision, incision accuracy and implantation consistency.

By limiting the schedule to one patient per day, Dr. Musbeh ensures that every stage of every procedure receives the same level of attention, regardless of where it falls in the day.

Surgical techniques

FUE, DHI and Sapphire FUE

These are surgical techniques, not packages or pricing tiers. The appropriate technique is determined by Dr. Musbeh during the personal assessment, based on your hair type, donor capacity and clinical needs.

FUE

Follicular Unit Extraction

The foundation of modern hair transplant surgery. Individual follicular units are extracted from the donor area and implanted in the recipient zone. FUE leaves no linear scar and allows precise control of extraction density.

DHI

Direct Hair Implantation

DHI uses a specialised implanter device to create recipient sites and deposit grafts simultaneously. This technique offers precise control of angle and direction, and is particularly suited to hairline work and unshaven procedures.

Sapphire FUE

Sapphire Blade FUE

Sapphire FUE uses precision blades made from synthetic sapphire to create recipient sites with greater accuracy than steel blades. The result is cleaner incisions, reduced tissue trauma and high-density implantation.

Clinical limitations

Patient Safety and Honest Expectations

Hair transplant surgery is a permanent medical procedure. The results depend on donor capacity, hair characteristics, the surgical technique used, and the experience of the surgeon performing the procedure.

No outcome can be guaranteed in advance. Graft survival, new growth and long-term stability vary between patients. Dr. Musbeh will give you an honest assessment of what is clinically realistic for your specific situation.

Possible risks include temporary swelling, temporary shock loss of existing hair, infection (rare), and scarring in the donor area. These are discussed in full during the consultation.

Fixed donor percentages, guaranteed graft counts and promises of "scarless" or "risk-free" results are not consistent with honest medical communication. You will not find them here.

Post-operative

Recovery and Follow-Up

Days 1–3

Initial healing

Mild swelling and redness are normal. The scalp is cleaned gently. Rest is recommended.

Days 4–10

First wash

The first wash is performed under instruction. Crusting around grafts begins to resolve.

Weeks 2–4

Shedding phase

Transplanted hairs shed. This is a normal part of the growth cycle, not a sign of failure.

Months 3–6

New growth begins

New hair begins to emerge from the transplanted follicles. Growth is gradual and uneven initially.

Month 12

Final result

The full result is typically visible at twelve months. A follow-up assessment is conducted at this stage.
