Submit photographs and a brief medical history via WhatsApp or the consultation form. Dr. Musbeh personally reviews every case before any recommendation is made.

Personal Evaluation

A detailed review of your photographs, medical history and hair loss pattern. Dr. Musbeh assesses donor density, Norwood classification and long-term trajectory.

Step 03

Treatment Plan

A personalised surgical plan: technique selection, graft count, hairline design approach and donor management strategy. Sent to you in writing before any commitment.

Step 04

Arrival in Istanbul

Most international patients arrive the day before surgery. A final in-person consultation and hairline design session is conducted on arrival day.

Step 05

Surgery Day

One patient. One surgeon. One day. Dr. Musbeh performs every stage personally: extraction, channel creation and implantation. Typically 6–8 hours.

Step 06

First Ten Days

Post-operative care protocol, daily washing instructions and what to expect as the grafts settle. Most patients are comfortable returning to their hotel the same evening.

Step 07

The Growth Phase

Transplanted hairs shed at 2–4 weeks (normal and expected). New growth begins at 3–4 months. Significant visible improvement at 6 months.

Step 08

Twelve-Month Assessment

Final photographic assessment at 12 months. Donor zone review. Long-term planning discussion if further sessions are appropriate.

Travelling to Istanbul

Most international patients plan a four to five day stay. The practice can share hotel recommendations in the local area and assist in coordinating airport transfers so that arrival and departure are straightforward.
