Observership programme
The observership programme at Hairmedico Istanbul is designed for qualified surgeons and medical professionals who wish to develop or refine their skills in FUE hair restoration. The programme is structured around direct observation of live surgical cases, with the opportunity to participate in the diagnostic and design phases under Dr. Musbeh's supervision.
Participants gain exposure to the full range of cases performed at the practice, including standard FUE, Sapphire FUE, DHI, corrective cases and Afro hair transplantation.
The programme is conducted in English, French, Russian and Turkish. Participants are expected to have a background in surgery or dermatology and to have completed a recognised medical qualification.

Dr. Musbeh's approach to teaching reflects his approach to surgery: methodical, evidence-based and focused on long-term outcomes. The observership covers not only the technical aspects of FUE extraction and implantation but also the diagnostic and strategic dimensions — how to assess suitability for surgery, how to plan a procedure that accounts for future hair loss, and how to manage patient expectations honestly.
Participants consistently report that the most valuable aspect is the opportunity to observe the decision-making process in real cases — the considerations that lead to a particular technique choice, graft count or hairline design. This level of clinical reasoning is difficult to acquire from textbooks or online courses.

Channel creation

DHI / CHOI technique, single-surgeon protocol, graft handling and survival optimisation.
